01Services

What we build and repair

Six lines of work for homeowners’ houses and flats. Sample descriptions: the company will define its real scope.

  • 01

    Kitchens and bathrooms

Renewal of layout, services, wall and floor coverings and fittings, so the kitchen or bathroom is ready to use.

  • 02

    Extensions and second storeys

More space for your home, with structure, a proper tie-in to the existing building and protection of what is already built.

  • 03

New houses in light-frame or masonry

New build from foundation to handover, using the construction system that suits your plot.

  • 04

    Quinchos, terraces and pergolas

Outdoor spaces for gathering: barbecue, roof, flooring and enclosures.

  • 05

    Finishes (floors, tiling, painting)

Floors, tiling, painting and details, with setting-out and levelling before installation.

  • 06

    Repairs (damp, roofing, leaks)

The cause is diagnosed before any repair, so the work addresses the source and not just the stain.

From the visit to handover, in five steps

Every step is put in writing and dated, so you always know where your project stands.

07Frequently asked questions

Before you hire

How is the quote put together?

After the site visit we measure and detail every item: scope, materials, deadlines and prices. You receive it in writing so you can review it calmly. Time to deliver the quote: [to be confirmed].

How long does a project take?

It depends on the type and size. As a guide, a bathroom or kitchen remodel may take [X weeks] and an extension or a new house, [X weeks]. The final timeline is set with dates in the contract schedule.

How do payments work?

By progress milestones: each payment is tied to a completed stage and agreed in writing in the quote. Deposit and percentages: [to be confirmed].

Can I live at home during the works?

In many projects, yes. Floors and access routes are protected, work areas are separated and the site is left clean at the end of each day; dust and noise are planned around what is being done. For larger projects it may be better to move out for a while: we discuss it at the visit.

Do I need permits?

It depends on the type of work and the comuna. Some works need a permit or regularisation with the municipal works office (DOM); we review this at the visit. For information only, not legal advice.
